In light of recent guidance from state officials regarding COVID-19, we want to reassure you that Anderson Veterinary Clinic is here to serve you and your pets. Our hospital remains open regular business hours to continue serving the community. To support the health and safety of clients and our team members, we have implemented strict intake procedures:
CALL AHEAD / IN TAKE:
If you have a scheduled appointment please call from your car when you have arrived, please give the receptionist your cell phone you are calling from so they can be in communication with you.. A technician will be calling you back to let you know when they are ready to receive your pet for services. Services will be performed in hospital without owner present. Doctor or staff will be in contact via phone.
SIGNS/SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19:
If you are showing symptoms of COVID-19, please call to reschedule or identify a healthy surrogate to bring your pet to our practice in your place. We will contact you for authorizations and payment by phone.
NO LOBBY WAITING AREA:
We are practicing social distancing both inside and outside of our hospital. Please be sure to call ahead.
ONE CLIENT PER HOUSEHOLD / PICK UPS:
We ask that only one person accompany the pet(s) with an appointment to reduce human-to-human contact. In order to keep staff and clients safe, Anderson Veterinary Clinic is practicing social distancing by keeping clients outside in their car while patients are being treated in the hospital. Clients will be asked to come in to the lobby 1 client at a time to pay and receive your pet.
