Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 until 5:30, with an occasional short staff training break once a month when we will be closed. We ask that clients respect our time in order for us to respect theirs. Please arrive on time and allow 30-60 minutes for an appointment. Some examinations may take longer than others. Complicated problems or procedures may require more time. We do have Technician appointments for some of those routine procedures when you do not need to see a doctor, these appointments usually run about 15 minutes.
If you are a new client, please come in 10 minutes early to fill out paper work. For your convenience, we have made our new client form available to you online. Just click on "New Client Form" and you will be able to print out the necessary document.
Arrival At Our Office
Please make sure your dog is on a leash. If you forgot one, that’s okay as we have some leashes available in our lobby for your convenience. We recommend that small dogs, cats and other small animals be kept in carriers or sturdy containers. You should be prepared to encounter other animals when coming into the lobby. Please do not leave your carrier, leash or other personal item when leaving your pet. We focus all of our attention on your pet’s medical needs and cannot be responsible for personal items.
Please have all dogs on leashes and cats/small animals in their carriers. Also keep in mind of our "No Noses" policy.
Some pets may be sick or a little uncomfortable in our lobby while waiting to be seen.
We do understand that you cannot plan for emergencies, but we would be unable to continue to provide service without payment, therefore all payments are due at the time of service. We take all forms of payments: cash, personal checks, care credit and all major credit cards
Care Credit is a health care credit card that can be used for veterinary services and products. To apply for Care Credit come into our office with 2 forms of I.D. or visit CareCredit.com to apply.
